NEW: Information about compliance with legislation and regulations

The combined information booklet about compliance with legislation and regulations for users of environmental and/or occupational health and safety management systems has been changed.

There are now two separate booklets, one on occupational health and safety management systems and one on environmental management systems. We have chosen to draw up separate documents so that we can provide relevant examples of legislation and regulations.

The objective of the documents is to help organizations in practical terms how to interpret the requirements in the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards related to compliance with legislation and regulations. These guides provide some concrete examples, but there certainly are other ways the requirements can be worked out.
